About Us

Kelle and Jordan Flynt and their two dogs Fletcher (3, Golden Retriever) and Luke (10, Labrador Retriever Mix) are Orange Beach locals who love dogs, exercise, and their community. 

Jordan has served the Orange Beach community as a Firefighter-Paramedic, and Kelle is an outside sales representative who has also worked in local and national government.

The initial idea behind Rover Runner came from their search for a solution to exercise their high-energy dogs. From years of living on the beautiful Gulf Coast, they personally know how heat and pop-up storms can make it even more challenging to fit long dog walks into the busy schedules of working dog parents. When they found DogTrotter USA non-motorized treadmills, they wanted to bring this mobile dog gym and all-weather dog walkers to the Orange Beach community.

Kelle and Jordan know that most people in Orange Beach have busy schedules—they’re getting kids to the Sportsplex, picking up groceries, heading to the (human) gym, and working full-time jobs. It isn’t easy to squeeze a 30+ minute dog walk in during the day, and many dogs have more energy than a short walk or trip to the backyard after work can release.
